Telecaller

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team for a voice process in the banking domain. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their banking queries and needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in English and Kannada, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for banking-related queries and services.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication. Achieve daily and monthly call targets as assigned.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Kannada.
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
• Basic understanding of banking services and processes is a plus.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Qualification- SSLC & above
• Age 18 to 35 years (Female)
