Responsibilities:

1. Managing the Onboarding, Operations, Separation, and the entire employee lifecycle.

2. Creating policies and handbooks that detail the company's operations.

3. Conduct or acquire background checks and employment eligibility verifications.

4. Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.

5. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale occupational health and safety; and training and development.

6. Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.

7. Participate in developing organizational policies, processes, guidelines, and procedures.

8. Recommend strategies to motivate employees.

9. Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports.

10. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

11. Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.

12. Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.

13. Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.

14. Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

15. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

16. Performs other duties as assigned.

17. Communicate insights and implications to key stakeholders.

18. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends, compliances, and best practices.

What you will bring:

1. 2+ years of experience in the Operations role.

2. Understanding of general human resources policies, procedures, and compliances.

3. Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

7. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

9. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

10. Knowledge of G-suite is a plus.

11. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.

12. Expert PPT and Excel skills.

13. Ability to develop strategic recommendations.

14. Team-oriented: strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders.

15. Professional and demonstrates integrity at all times.

Role Location - Hyderabad (5 Days Work from office)
