AGM Business Development (Aerospace)

We are on the lookout for an experienced and highly motivated Aerospace CRM - Business Development professional to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in business development for machining projects within the aerospace sector. This role will involve managing technical and commercial aspects of projects, spearheading export-oriented initiatives, and cultivating robust client relationships.

Role & responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities in the aerospace machining sector. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee technical and commercial project aspects to ensure successful execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions.
• Leverage expertise in export-oriented business to explore and establish new international markets, develop export strategies, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Perform detailed costing and estimation for CNC machining and integration projects, preparing competitive and accurate project proposals.
• Prepare Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and float inquiries to suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive bids.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Ensure seamless project integration, focusing on quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery, while monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with proven experience in business development related to machining projects within the aerospace sector.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and managing complex projects.
• Strong ability to manage both technical and commercial business aspects, including negotiating contracts and managing project budgets.
• Experience in handling export-oriented business with knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.
• Exposure to costing and estimation related to CNC machining and integration projects, with the ability to develop accurate and competitive project proposals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
