Cnc Turning Operator

We are looking for CNC Turning operators with critical machining experience, especially in Defence and aerospace projects.
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CNC Turning Operator to join our team and contribute to the manufacturing of high-precision components for defense and aerospace projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC machining and a strong understanding of the stringent quality standards required in these industries.
Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC turning machines.
• Ensure the production of high-quality components to meet aerospace and defense specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance and calibration of CNC machines.
• Interpret and follow detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to ensure product compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of production processes and quality control measures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Turning Operator, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and operation, including Fanuc/Siemens control systems.
• Strong understanding of CD&T (Coordinate Dimensioning and Tolerancing) drawing study and inspection methods.
• Familiarity with aerospace standards and cutting tools.
• DME/BE Mech. degree or equivalent.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in precision machining or CNC setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Skills:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient in using CNC machining tools and equipment.
