Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate milling machines to perform various machining operations such as drilling, facing, and tapping.
  
• Ensure accurate alignment of workpieces on the machine bed using measuring tools like Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge etc.
  
• Monitor machine performance during production runs to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes.
