CNC Machine Operator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, turning) to produce high-quality parts.
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Conduct quality control checks using micrometers and other inspection tools.
  
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency.
  
• Maintain accurate records of machine settings, toolings, and production data.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in operating CNC machines or similar equipment.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  
• ITI certification as a Machinist or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of ISO standards for manufacturing processes.
