Tool Room Engineer

Job description

• He shall be knowing basic process of tool room shop.
• Having knowledge of surface grinder, lathe, milling, drilling, CNC turning center and other tool room machinery.
• Can read various drawing symbol and can read drawing.
• He can take output from various machine processes.
• Work with production and quality teams to improve product and process.
• Monitor the quality of tools developed, and ensure they meet quality standards.

Prefer Job description

• Set up and operate CNC machines (Lathe, Milling) for production purposes.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products using measuring tools such as Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge etc.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
