Position: Assistant Manager - Formulation SCM
Location: Hyderabad
Reporting to: AGM Formulation SCM
Qualification & Experience:
• MSC/ B.Tech/ M.Pharm, B.Pharm from a reputed college/university.
• Shall have a minimum 8-10 years of experience in procurement of RLDs, Raw Material,
Packing materials and Printed materials related to Formulations Business, preferably R&D,
Exhibit and Commercials batches.
• Handling regulatory market procurement is must.
• Shall have a good exposure in handling procurement activities for Sold & liquid Dosage
Forms.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• To work independently under broad organizational guidelines to achieve BUs objectives.
(RLDs, RM, Primary Packing and Printed materials).
• Handling procurement activities for facilities based in New Jersey, USA
• Being a SPOC (Single point of contact) between procurement team Direct/In-direct and
MSNPI team and need to come in shifts 2PM-10PM.
• Creations of POs and maintaining the trackers (Open PR’s, PO’s, Developmental, Launch
and Commercials trackers).
• Actively interact with Production, Planning, R&D, Quality and Marketing/BD teams and
understand their requirements and ensure the required materials are supplied for
Development, Launch and commercial products.
• Coordinate with Plant team (WH, QA, QC & Production team) for Plant transfer products
from India (Kothur) to USA (MSNPI).
• Ensure that all the supplies are in accordance with the quality standards and meet delivery
timelines.
• To prepare MIS reports weekly, monthly and share to department Head.
• Participate /organize CFT meetings for the purpose of conveying or gathering information
required to perform job functions.
• Build good supplier base and have good relation with all the vendors.
• To handle Vendor visits /audits and ensure to complete the vendor qualification of all the
materials before execution of exhibit batches.
• Perform cost analysis of materials and implement cost reduction initiatives.
• To arrange/attend weekly meeting with CFT team for on-going projects and open issues.
• To identify and develop new vendors for the high value and high-volume products.
• To check invoice booking on timely basis and processing payments to suppliers.
