Purchase Executive - Formulation (OSD)

Greetings of the day!

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Officer / Executive - Formulation (OSD) at Kalina, Santacruz (East):

Preferred candidate profile :

1. Looking after commercial procurement of Raw material, packing material, Lab chemicals, Innovator Samples for OSD plant & R&D center

2. Coordination with production, stores, QC & QA, Finance & Accounts, PPIC, Regulatory, Marketing departments for the planning & implementation of procurement.

3. Identifying potential suppliers

4. Negotiating for better saving through identification of cost effective vendors/suppliers.

5. Getting quotation, making comparisons & processing orders based on the approvals

6. Implement latest strategy & process for achieving uninterrupted supply chain at best price & for best quality.

7. Cost reduction through development of alternate suppliers & materials.

8. Routine check-up on downloading purchase requisitions & taking further actions to raise an orders in SAP system.

9. Monthly check on costs with vendors per market situations, also ask for required quality materials & maintain stock levels with co-ordination with PPIC team.

10. Hold techno commercial discussion with supplier/Mfg.

11. Follow up for order RM's/PM's deliveries as per required schedule for production and overdue payments.

12. Arranging VQ docs, samples, Audit, QTA(Quality technical documents), CAPA, DMF, LOA etc. as per QAs & regulatory request.

13. Arranging shade cards (New development / existing commercial products) as per packaging development request.
