Job Description

We are looking for a technical recruiter who will be responsible for gathering sources, screening, interviewing, and hiring IT professionals. From writing job descriptions and offering job roles to the most suitable candidate, you will be responsible for all aspects of hiring.

Technical Recruiter duties and responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the role.

- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, including timely communication and feedback.

- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including negotiating offers and closing candidates.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

Technical Recruiter requirements and qualifications:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in technical recruiting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

- Proven experience in recruiting technical positions such as software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals.

- Ability to understand technical job requirements and evaluate candidates' technical skills.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.
