UI/UX Designer

Role: UI/UX Designer
Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days/Week)
Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM IST
Location: Hyderabad, Hitech City
Experience: 2-5 Years
Responsibilities

• Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• User Research: Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
• Visual Design: Design high-quality, aesthetically pleasing, and brand-consistent user interfaces.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and align with business goals.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user satisfaction.
• Design Systems: Maintain and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency across all platforms and products.
• Problem Solving: Solve complex design challenges with creative and user-centered solutions.
• Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the design process and deliverables.
  

Skills

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
• Experience designing for enterprise-level or SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Animation and interaction design experience is a plus.
• Research Skills: Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, including web and mobile applications.
• Tools: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
