Key Responsibilities: •


Fresh Business Development- •

Individual Contributor handling LMS sales OR Products end to end for Global market

• Able to penetrate organizations through targetted campaigns, cold calling etc. and identify target audiences

  • Able to create qualified opportunities with a sustainable pipleine

• Able to pitch Learning products mapped to business need or requirements

  • Able to create presentations, proposals single handedly

• Experienced of handling mid to large scale enterprise accounts

  • INDUSTRY PREFERENCE (IF ANY) - Sales of organization level Systems such as LMS, ERP, CRM, HRMS, HCM

• Relationship Management - maintain relationship with the client through periodic calls and emails for repeat business opportunities. Conceiving and Pitching new concepts ideas solutions to existing customers. Planning and Execution

  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by self.

• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services that will lead to an increase in sales.

  • Study the market and competitors; identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Study various global markets and execute the planned outreach campaigns. This would also entail working in different shifts as per the requirement of the campaign

Role & responsibilities


Execution/Control/Reporting • Understanding of sales cycle of enterprise software products/solutions

  • Experience of enterprise product selling
  • Very Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

• Strong telephone and verbal communication ettiquets

  • Good analytical and communication (verbal & written) skills - should have the ability to initiate engaging discussions

• Understanding of using tools such as o CRM tools o Lead gen tools such as: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, zoom info, etc o MS Office

  • Basics of Internet Browsing and Social Networking. •

Sales Planning Negotiation.

  • Track and record activity on various prospects submit daily/weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate. • Maintain and adhere to internal processes/systems at the organization.

• Demonstrates ownership and an independent work ethic.

• Effective people leader with strong stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
