Key Responsibilities: •
Fresh Business Development- •
Individual Contributor handling LMS sales OR Products end to end for Global market
• Able to penetrate organizations through targetted campaigns, cold calling etc. and identify target audiences
• Able to pitch Learning products mapped to business need or requirements
• Experienced of handling mid to large scale enterprise accounts
• Relationship Management - maintain relationship with the client through periodic calls and emails for repeat business opportunities. Conceiving and Pitching new concepts ideas solutions to existing customers. Planning and Execution
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services that will lead to an increase in sales.
Role & responsibilities
Execution/Control/Reporting • Understanding of sales cycle of enterprise software products/solutions
• Strong telephone and verbal communication ettiquets
• Understanding of using tools such as o CRM tools o Lead gen tools such as: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, zoom info, etc o MS Office
Sales Planning Negotiation.
Soft Skills and Leadership Qualities:
• Demonstrates ownership and an independent work ethic.
• Effective people leader with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
