Factory Commercial Manager - FMCG/FMCD/Pharma - CA (5-8 yrs)

Hiring for Factory Commercial Manager - Manchar, Pune location

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee procurement processes, purchase orders (PO), and ensure adherence to quality standards and exception handling.

- Drive analytics to support factory operations, ensuring efficiency and cost optimization.

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) within the plant and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

- Collaborate with Plant Heads of Departments (HODs) to streamline operations and achieve business goals.

- Utilize SAP to maintain and enhance financial and operational systems.

Requirements:

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of experience.

- Skills: Strong expertise in procurement, PO processes, quality management, analytics, and AP functions.

- Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.

- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to work effectively with plant HODs.

Industry Preference: FMCG, FMCD, or Pharma companies.
