Role Overview:
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and securing new partnerships within the employee transportation segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and be familiar with corporate transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
1. Identify and target potential corporate clients for employee transportation services.
2. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business opportunities.
Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and ensure excellent service delivery.
Market Analysis:
1. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive offerings.
2. Provide insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and stay competitive.
Proposal Development:
1. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
2. Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development in the employee transportation
Preferred Attributes:
- Existing network within the corporate sector, especially HR and administration teams.
- Familiarity with employee transportation services and local geography of Delhi NCR.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
