Job Description

Job Title: Tr Transaction Processing Officer - BPO (Non-Voice)

Work Location: Car Parkingtechbay, PL Compound, Morgan's Gate, Mangaluru, Karnataka 575001

Shift time: M-F 1:30 Pm- 10:30PM

Roles and Responsibilities

• Record interaction using client system with proper classification
• Refer Knowledge base and perform task as per defined process
• Follow up and closure of interactions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Passionate about customer service
• Comfortable with Rotational shifts, extended working hours and weekly offs

Requirements

• Any Graduate freshers with good typing skills
• Analytical skills
• Operating the computer- Intermediate
• MS Office - Intermediate
• Average in Spoken and written English with effective Business email Communication
• Basic knowledge of Insurance
• Typing Speed 30 WPM
