Job Summary -
Overall 1+ years of team handling experience. Knowledge and/or experience in Banking and capital markets.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Manage team effectively and become a successful interface between the team and internal/external customers and/or company
2. Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of the team by motivating them and ensuring career advancement and a long-lasting and fruitful relationship of the team with the Company through timely & constructive feedback and counseling
3. Provide constructive feedback from time to time and ensure performance of the team
4. Conduct performance appraisals and monthly one to ones
5. Should manage daily client meetings
Skills/Domain required:
1. People and Client Management
2. SLA and Team Management
3. Good communication and decision-making skills
4. MS Office and Reporting skills
5. Time management skill
6. Collaborative and team player
7. Ability to motivate the team
8. Critical thinking skills as well as emotional intelligence

11. Effective task management and organized
12. Industry certifications (ASPPA RPF) will be added advantage.
Process Requirement:
Valid Passport
Graduation
Shift - Night (Flexible)
4-7 years overall exp and minimum 1 year of Team handling experience
Domain - Should have in-depth knowledge ( Knowledge in Banking and Capital markets will be an added advantage)
Selection Process:
Initial screening by HR
Personal Interview by panelists
Final Round with PDH
