Talent Acquisition Manager (IT Recruitment)

Job Description:

• 13+ years of IT Recruitment Experience
• In depth understanding of end-to-end hiring cycle
• Strong understanding of sourcing channels
• Should have managed a team of 4-5 members
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to front end with internal customers/Delivery partners/ clients
• Should have strong understanding of the Talent Landscape
• Ability to gather Market intelligence
• Experience of working independently with minimum supervision
• Focus on Key KRAs- timelines, Cost, Revenue impact
• Experience in ramping large accounts
• Should have managed one or two large business units
• Should work closely with Resource Management Group for on-time fulfillment
• Process Adherence & Exposure to Recruitment Tools would be a plus.
• Willingness to learn
• Good reporting (Excel) and Presentation skills
