PMP, ITIL, CCNA, PMP / Prince 2 /API Certification or equivalent

Dislikes

No salary revision for 3 years in a row making employees unhappy. Shift allowance policy is bad compared to industry standards. Bench policy worst with sabattucal from 2nd month onwards on bench.
