Job Description

Role : Project Coordinator

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad

Who are we looking for

A Jr-mid-senior level Application deployment engineer to manage a project for one of our clients. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in administration and migration .

Technical Skills:

Mandatory:

Minimum 5+ Years Experience in Project coordination or Project support

Good knowledge on Change, Incident & problem management

Analyze package request and process through lifecycle.

Monitor & review the request and update the status to user on daily basis with ETA

Built relationships with the user to quickly understand requirements and business objectives.

If there is any requirement with the existing request, will coordinate same with the Packager

Coordinate with packaging team for package creation and monitor the SLA as well to complete the task.

UAT will be followed up with client for sign off, if user faces issue while testing same will be coordinated between & Packager.

After Sign off from business, will coordinate with deployment team to deploy the package in the client machine.

Preparing SOP and creating KB article for newly found issues.

Updating daily task in SharePoint tracker at the end of the day.

Managing the crisis situations and work under pressure to resolve the problems.

Experience in Incident, Problem and Change Management process

Experience in any ticketing tools like SNOW, ITSM etc.

Good to have:

Minimum 2 years Experience in Application Packaging using APPV Management console (virtualized application) for Physical & Virtual environments.

Knowledge on SCCM software delivery, including various methods such as running advertised programs, machine targeted, user targeted, Application Library, and Software Center.

Behavioral Skills :

Resolve process issues of projects and explore alternate designs

Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Qualification:

Flexible in supporting any shifts (24/7) Including Night Shift.

Education qualification: BTech , BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
