MoveInSync - Assistant Manager/Manager - Finance Controllership - CA (1-3 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards (IND AS and I GAAP).

- Coordinate in audit and compliance related queries.

Internal Controls:

- Design and implement internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.

- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards to mitigate financial risks.

Financial Analysis:

- Analyze financial data to provide insights into business performance.

- Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

Accounting Oversight:

- Supervise the accounting team and ensure proper accounting treatment for transactions.

- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounting and financial reporting processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Educational Background: A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Qualified CA would be a preference).

- Experience: 1-3 years of post qualification experience is preferred.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (tally, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

- Knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory standards.

- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
