MoveInSync - Finance Manager - Controllership (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:.

Financial Reporting:.

- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards (IND AS and I GAAP).

Internal Controls:.

- Design and implement internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.

- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards to mitigate financial risks.

Financial Analysis:.

- Analyze financial data to provide insights into business performance.

- Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

Audit and Compliance:.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audits.

- Address audit queries and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Accounting Oversight:.

- Supervise the accounting team and ensure proper accounting treatment for transactions.

- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.

Process Improvement:.

- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounting and financial reporting processes.

Team Leadership:.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the controllership team.

- Provide training on new accounting standards or processes.

Skills and Qualifications:.

- Educational Background: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Qualified CA would be a preference).

- Experience: 3-5 years of post qualification experience is preferred.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g, tally, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

- Knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory standards.

- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
