Job Details:
- Freshers (Hindi Speaking is mandatory)

- Shift time - Day shift

Job Responsibility :
- Provide technical support to customers through various channels such as Voice/chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software products in an efficient manner.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Provide technical support to customers through various channels such as call, chat, email, and web chat.
