- Business change adoption: Develop and deploy change management approach - including stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan and adoption plan.

- This role plays a critical part in driving successful business transformation initiatives across Lenovo. You will be responsible for leading and implementing change management strategies that ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures.
- You will also contribute to the development and enhancement of Lenovo's overall change management capabilities.
- Change Management Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, resistance management plans, and adoption plans. Lead and support the implementation of change management activities across various projects and initiatives. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management interventions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Change Management Center of Excellence (COE) Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of Lenovo's Change Management COE. Build and foster a change-ready culture within Lenovo. Develop and deliver change management training and workshops to employees at all levels. Promote best practices in change management across the organization. Business Process & Solution Development: Provide technical guidance to the business in areas of expertise. Understand how areas within departments integrate to drive functional or business unit objectives.
