- Configure and customize the SAP PS module according to business requirements.

- Define the project structure including WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) elements, network activities, milestones, and project scheduling.

- Set up integration points between SAP PS and other SAP modules (like SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, and HR).

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand project-related requirements.

- Analyze business processes and map them to SAP functionalities within the PS module.

- Provide functional specifications for any custom developments or enhancements needed.

- Assist clients in creating project plans, resource planning, cost planning, and budgeting.

- Support users in creating and maintaining projects, monitoring project status, and reporting.

- Provide support for the execution of projects, including managing milestones, time, and resource tracking.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP PS with other SAP modules, such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM), and Sales and Distribution (SD).

- Manage and ensure the accuracy of project-related master data.

- Train end users on how to use the SAP PS system for managing their projects efficiently.

- Create user manuals, training materials, and documentation to support ongoing system usage.

- Provide knowledge transfer to client teams to ensure they can manage the system post-implementation.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets client requirements.

- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve any problems with the system.

- Work on change requests and provide support for system enhancements.

- Provide support during go-live activities, including data migration, cutover activities, and issue resolution.

- Offer post-go-live support to ensure the smooth operation of the SAP PS module.

- Help with system upgrades, patches, or ongoing system optimization.

- Work with stakeholders to manage the impact of SAP PS implementations on business operations.

- Engage in change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of the system by the end-users.

- Act as a liaison between the technical team and the business to ensure successful communication.
