Key skills for the job
Position purpose / key- responsibilities :
- Lead analyst for the financial planning process and solution components of the Planning and- Performance Management (PPM) environment.
- Provide functional and technical support for the SAC application to all regional business units and global financial functions.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders including Power Users, data- providers, system integrators and third-party consulting support teams.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with business Power Users of the PPM system.
- Participate in regional and global business projects to develop and enhance the PPM system- and improve and build on current process.
- Follow best practice in all PPM development work including report building, dimension and- model building and data management.
- Maintain and enhance the financial planning solution in line with the overall PPM Roadmap.
- Maintain operating procedures and training documentation for PPM users.
- Build and maintain PPM models,reports and dimensions.
- Build and maintain all PPM calculations and system logic.
- Manage regular system maintenance process.
- Manage access to the PPM system.
- Work in a team with common and individual objectives.
Measures :
- Level of planning solution adoption.
- Successful completion of business planning and forecasting processes within agreed- timeframes.
- End user satisfaction.
- PPM system, calculations and reports built using best practice.
- Accuracy of reporting and trust in the data.
- Timely resolution of solution defects (within SLA).
- Quality and accuracy of design documentation.
- Authority/ Decision- Making.
- Technical changes and improvements in the SAC planning solution.
- Design and develop SAC solutions based on business requirements Decision maker for best practice solutions to address specific business requirements Access to system is controlled and follows the correct process.

Experience :
- 3-4 years previous experience in similar position.
- Financial planning process and application knowledge, preferably with SAP or similar ERP- systems.
- Working with FP&A teams.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Database management knowledge.
- Project implementation experience.
- Application analysis and support.
- International team work experience.
