Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of EAI solutions within Siebel CRM systems. You will work closely with business analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Siebel applications with external systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Design & Development :

- Develop and implement Siebel EAI solutions using tools such as Siebel Business Services, Workflows, Web Services, and Integration Objects.

- Create and configure integration points between Siebel CRM and other external systems (e.g., ERP, databases, third-party applications).

- Customize and extend Siebel EAI frameworks for specific business needs.

Integration Management :

- Manage Siebel integration projects end-to-end, ensuring data flow between systems is seamless and efficient.

- Configure and troubleshoot Siebel Adapter, MQ Series, HTTP/HTTPS, JMS, and other integration protocols.

- Implement SOAP/REST-based web services to exchange data with external systems.

Troubleshooting & Support :

- Provide post-implementation support and maintenance for existing Siebel integrations.

- Troubleshoot issues related to Siebel EAI and resolve any integration errors or performance issues.

Collaboration :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, infrastructure teams, and end users.

- Assist in testing and deploying Siebel EAI solutions across development, staging, and production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a Siebel Developer, with a focus on EAI (Enterprise Application Integration).

- Strong hands-on experience with Siebel Tools and Siebel Configuration.

- Expertise in Siebel Business Services, Workflows, Integration Objects, and Data Mapping.

- Proficiency in developing SOAP/REST Web Services for Siebel EAI.

- Experience working with XML, JSON, WSDL, and XSD for data exchange.

- Knowledge of middleware platforms like Tibco, MQ Series, WebLogic, or JMS is preferred.

- Experience with Siebel Scripting (eScript) and Siebel Open UI is a plus.

- Ability to troubleshoot Siebel performance and integration issues.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Siebel Certification in EAI or Siebel Integration.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with cloud-based integrations (e.g., AWS, Azure) is an added advantage.
