We have an opportunity for WIN Executive - Noida Location.

Candidate with good written and communication skills will be an added advantage.

Experience in Microsoft project and scheduling is must.

Desired Qualification and Experience

• Should have Masters Degree in Business Administration & basic Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 1-2 years of on-site experience with proven skills in writing and editing proposal content / reports and preparation of presentations within a complex business environment.
• Confident and accomplished in the use of a variety of graphics packages (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) as well as presentation software.
• Excellent written English language skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Re-write / edit proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from technical and commercial teams.
• Preparation of reports and forms, related to proposals / bids.
• Preparation of presentation related to proposal scope and structure.
• Assist the Bid / Proposal Manager in developing a proposal structure
• Excellent time management / prioritisation skills.
• Attention to detail and meticulous proof-reading skills.
• Work with the rest of the WIN team to create engaging and eye-catching imagery and visuals which will make the bid / proposals stand out.
• Have flexibility to support other business functions and projects.
