Role & responsibilities

• Review and analyze tender invitations and documents to fully understand requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, technical, legal) to gather necessary information and develop comprehensive tender submissions.
• Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with the specified guidelines and deadlines.
• Prepare, draft, and format tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals.
• Submit tender proposals on time through appropriate channels (online portals, email, physical submission).
• Maintain an organized repository of past and current tenders, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Ensure that all tender submissions meet the legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Assist in post-tender clarifications, negotiations, and contract finalizations, if required.
• Identify areas for improvement in the tender process and work on streamlining operations for better efficiency and effectiveness.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of GEMS portal
