Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of SAP modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for SAP solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize SAP systems and tools.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement, recommending solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and changes to the SAP system for future reference and compliance.
• Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the system meets business needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure successful SAP integration.
