Qualifications

•Excellent english Communication is mandatory.
•0.6-4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in C2H hiring.
•Proven experience hiring for technologies like Data Engineering, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and Full stack Development.
•Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.).
•Expertise in screening technical candidates through interviews and assessment tools.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage candidate negotiations.
•Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) tools and good with Naukri strings and
search
•Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience working with staffing firms or IT consulting companies.
•Strong understanding of technical stacks, software development roles, and C2H hiring processes.
•Proven success in building and maintaining candidate pipelines for technology roles.
•Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
