Job Description for Graphic Designer:We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at LimeRoad. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating and innovative content across various channels, contributing to the overall brand identity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the brand's visual communication strategy.Responsibilities:

• Design visually engaging graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other design assets across multiple platforms, including web, print, and digital media.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity that aligns with LimeRoads visual language across all channels, including website, mobile app, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute designs that enhance user experience and drive brand engagement.
• Create compelling visual assets for campaigns, product launches, and promotional events, ensuring high-quality, on-brand designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design, visual storytelling, and branding to keep our content innovative and fresh.
• Work on a variety of design projects, including landing pages, banners, ads, social media posts, reels, notifications, packaging, infographics, and in-store displays.
• Assist with conceptualizing and designing visuals for photoshoots, as well as contributing creative input to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaign visuals and brand elevation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail across various mediums.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier Pro), and other design software.
• Understanding of design principles for both digital and print, with experience designing for different platforms such as websites, apps, marketing campaigns, and packaging.
• Ability to conceptualize and assist in photoshoots, with an understanding of how to translate shoot concepts into various visual formats.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines.
• A passion for fashion, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
