Sales Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, order coordination, and sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating repeat orders, preparing quotations, coordinating internal departments, managing dispatch logistics, and following up with customers to ensure timely order execution and payment collection. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relations: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers and distributor; gather timely feedback to improve service and secure repeat orders.
• Quotation Management: Send quotations to customers within defined timelines, follow up on quotations, and address customer queries promptly.
• Order Coordination: Acknowledge orders, update technical specifications, and confirm orders in consultation with internal teams.
• Internal Communication: Coordinate with design, production, purchase, planning, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Logistics & Dispatch: Ensure timely generation of dispatch documents and track orders through delivery, informing customers of any delays.
• Post-Dispatch Follow-Up: Resolve customer complaints in coordination with relevant departments and follow up on payments.
• ERP & MIS: Enter orders in ERP and provide regular management reports (MIS) in the required format.

Office timing - Mon - Sat(9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and order coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
