Job Description

  • Generate corporate sales by targeting corporate retail chains.
  • Qualify leads through digital campaigns, conferences, references, and trade shows.
  • Share client leads with the sales team to focus on bringing new customers on board.
  • Maintain awareness of company products and relevant sales techniques to ensure effective sales.
  • Meet or exceed allocated sales targets through sales generation.
  • Collaborate with fellow employees to achieve given targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Search for new market strategies and channel partners in foreign countries.
  • Update knowledge on constantly changing software, hardware systems, and peripherals.
  • Visit schools or student premises to present service details to parents with prior appointments.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Graduate and MBA in Sales Marketing, with experience in telecom sales.
  • Skills in proposal writing, presentation pitching, and business analytics.
  • Adept at lead generation, demo for clients, and closing deals efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in forecasting and tracking key account metrics, analyzing trends, and productivity.
  • Ability to devise innovative business development plans and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to overcome objections in sales.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, telesales, and channel sales.
  • Capable of working 6 days a week in a fast-paced business development role.
  • Bachelor s in Engineering/Technology, MCA, or M.Tech, with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end sales.
Additional Skills:
  • Must be a smart, confident, and enthusiastic go-getter.
  • Experience in commercial contracts, agreements, and marketing.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate effectively with teams.
  • Knowledge of software, web, mobile applications, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Experience in inside and outside sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting.
