Responsibilities:
Lead Management
:
Identify, qualify, and manage leads generated through various channels including inbound inquiries, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
Implement effective lead segmentation strategies based on demographics, behaviors, and buying stages.
Lead Nurturing Conversion
:
Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
Employ lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel and convert them into clients.
Market Reach Expansion:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the digital marketing sector.
Develop strategies to expand the company s market reach and penetration.
Opportunity Management:
Assess and prioritize opportunities to ensure focus on high-potential prospects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored strategies and proposals for prospective clients.
Sales Closure:
Lead negotiations and manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to contract signature.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and fostering long-term client relationships.
Target Orientation:
Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to achieve and exceed them on a consistent basis.
Utilize CRM software to track progress, analyze data, and optimize sales strategies.
Collaboration Reporting:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and senior management to align business development efforts with company goals.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in a Digital Marketing Company, with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and trends.
Experience in lead management, segmentation, nurturing, and conversion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software (eg, Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
