Job Purpose

Trainings and managing new and existing employees and help them to grow their business through knowledge and skills. Trainer needs to interact with whole team and ensure their longevity within the company

Key Deliverables

• Trainings and hand-hold New Employees, to ensure their productivity and improvement in stickiness (attrition control).
• Conduct training for the internal employees (across vintages) on Products, Process and Skill Development.
• Responsible for developing business in assigned territory.
• Sharing information about Equity, Derivatives, TPP and Commodity
• Engaging all associates with e-Learning initiatives.
• Aligning to the training needs of the mapped business function/s on a priority basis.
• Exhibit pro-activeness towards taking self-development.

Role Requirements

• 5 years minimum work experience in Broking Industry
• Knowledge in Equity and Derivatives
• NISM VIII preferable
• English and Hindi Mandatory Language
