Postgresql Lead Developer

We are seeking a skilled PostgreSQL Lead Developer to design, implement, and maintain PostgreSQL databases and related systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PostgreSQL, SQL, and T-SQL, with the ability to write complex queries, develop triggers, functions, and optimize database performance.

*Position:** PostgreSQL Lead

**Experience:** 9 to 14 years

**Mandatory Skills:** PostgreSQL, SQL, T-SQL, Triggers, Functions, Joins, Architecture, Complex SQL queries

**Job Description:**

- Assist team and customers in implementing in PostgreSQL Solutions.

- Have at least 8years of experience in managing PostgreSQL.

- Possess a deep understanding of SQL architecture and internals.

- Understand limitations and workarounds for SQL on cloud platforms.

- Expertise in SQL administrative tasks to optimize performance.

- Analyze logs and optimize time-consuming SQL queries.

- Perform SQL upgrades from legacy versions with minimal downtime.

- Migrate schema and data from MS-SQL to PostgreSQL.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, and T-SQL.
• Expertise in database triggers, functions, and stored procedures.
• Knowledge of database architecture, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Experience with complex SQL query design and optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
