Technical Lead (Mobile Application)

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead the development of applications and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mobile and browser based app development, experience with AI technologies, and a proven track record of leading successful technical teams and complex technical challenges. This role will play a pivotal role in advising stakeholders on technical strategies, designing solutions, and overseeing the successful implementation of projects.

The successful candidate will work in developing and integrating applications in diagnostic, therapeutic and wellness fields.

Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

App Development: Oversee the end-to-end development of mobile applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and robust solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to guide the team in adopting best practices.

AI Integration: Drive the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into applications, optimizing functionality and user experience. implement machine learning models and algorithms. Provide expert advice on the integration of mobile apps and AI solutions to meet requirements.

Technical Strategy: Develop and execute technical strategies aligned with business objectives. Evaluate and recommend technology stack, tools, and frameworks to enhance development efficiency and product quality. Assess partner systems and recommend integrations, considering the latest advancements in mobile and AI technologies. Explore collaborations with partner companies and integrate partner functionalities

Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely project completion. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business requirements. Keep stakeholders updated on progress of projects.

Bachelors degree in Engineering or computer science 5+ years experience in app development in mobile or cross platform tech Atleast 2 years in technical leadership/ consulting roles Excellent and demonstrated track record defining and launching AI enabled products. Preference for someone with medtech experience. Demonstrated expertise in AI technologies, including knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing. Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. Knowledge/ experience with programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, Python, and others relevant to mobile and AI development. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to understand requirements, conceptualise solutions Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of mobile security best practices. Previous experience in agile development methodologies. Contributions to open-source projects or a strong online presence in the tech community.
