The Senior Marketing Manager has a strategic role and is responsible for the product branding, crafting, and leading the product marketing strategies, and demand generation. This also involves researching competitors, creating the messaging, and working on the go-to-market plan. The Senior Marketing Manager will be required to drive innovation and creativity, which will help in generating strong positioning, brand value and brand recall.
Role & Responsibility :
- Strategy : you'll build and execute, through your team, a product marketing strategy to improve the success of our solutions in the market.
- Management : lead, develop and inspire a team of marketers.
- Product Champion : help inform the overall marketing strategy with valuable product marketing intelligence. Be the evangelist, internally and externally, for our full solutions set and monitor the performance of solutions to educate key stakeholders. Drive brand strategies to enhance the Brand Value, Product placement, and work towards being the brand of choice in the industry.
- Customer Research : build detailed persona's and gain a deep understanding of the markets we serve to help inform sales and marketing activities.
- Market Intelligence : build and keep up to date a competitor comparison matrix. Using this intelligence to inform new product development, pricing strategies and marketing tactics. Conduct strategic marketing analytics with respect to the competitors and create strategies with both short term and long-term focus.
- Product Messaging : using customer research and competitor intelligence, develop product positioning and messaging, including differentiators and use cases.
- GTM : work closely with sales and marketing teams to create and support the go-to-market strategy.
- Stakeholder Management : work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and regularly present to the board
- Demand Generation : create a strong presence in the industry which will lead to inbound and outbound demand generation. Build, manage and optimize the pipeline and work towards Sales Funnel Creation.
- Marketing Budget Management : Optimally manage and utilize the Marketing budgets to ensure the maximum Return on Investments.
- Data Analytics : Have great analytical ability and be comfortable with data driven decision making consistently - should be able to put in frameworks & processes which generate measurable and accurate data.

Skills and Qualifications :
- Minimum 12 years of proven marketing and branding experience in IT/Software Industry. IT Product Marketing (SAAS) experience is highly preferred and valued.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Channel Marketing.
- Experience with HubSpot, and other outbound data tools
- Must have planned and successfully executed events/road shows in existing and new territories.
- A proven track record of successful marketing programs and strategies
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills. Must have represented the organization on Domestic/International market.
- Must have led team of marketeers to success, leadership skills to encourage the team members towards excellence are a required.
- Education Requirements: MBA in Marketing from a reputed business school
- This role is based in Ahmedabad (Work from Office).
