We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded professional to join our team as the Head of Corporate Strategy. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, including significant tenure with top-tier consulting firms such as McKinsey & Company or Boston Consulting Group (BCG). A strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and an educational foundation from a premier institution are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term strategic initiatives that align with the companys vision and business objectives.

• Market Analysis: Lead in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

• Business Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to drive mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships that enhance the company's market position.

• Operational Efficiency: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

• Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Pharma Expertise: Leverage deep industry knowledge to address unique challenges and opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, to present strategic insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 6+ years in corporate strategy, with a significant portion spent at McKinsey, BCG, or similar top-tier consulting firms.

• Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.

• Education: MBA from a top-tier business school or equivalent.

• Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering impactful strategies.
