Facilitate the support of Moody s Financials Application (focus on SAP S/4 Hana SD and knowledge in FI. Work with Batch monitoring team and act as first point of contact for the batch issue and help triage a fix in pre-defined SLAs. Work as a change agent to develop repeatable solutions by documenting the resolution and maintenance of Knowledge base articles in SAP Wiki site. Support reporting/query needs including the creation of specifications, master data configuration and maintenance of delivered and custom Z tables. Quick learner and ability to grasp new and emerging technology. Responsible with end-to-end ownership of the support cases assigned as a part of global CoE team. Weekly EBS and lockbox clearing and catchup. Work on support and maintenance of core SFDC to SAP Billing integration error handling and resolution.
Qualifications Engineer/MBA with 1 plus years of experience in Financial/Technology industry SAP User with a working knowledge on SAP SD (ECC, S4). Configuration experience in SAP SD/RAR. Knowledge in FI. Experience with support and maintenance of inbound/outbound Integrations with SAP S/4 as core. Excellent hands-on Microsoft Office 365 suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio, and other MS office products). Experience in OTC Understanding in R2R and P2P to be able to drive conversations with the finance stakeholders. Excellent Analytical, Presentation and Documentation skills. Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams for collaborating across organizational boundaries and locations. Knowledge of collaboration tools like Microsoft teams, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Trello, SharePoint, Miro, Mural Board is desired. Experience with developing and conducting training for end users.
Annual base salary gross: Rs1,130,300.00 to Rs2,147,700.00. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
