Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team and drive top-tier talent acquisition in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical hiring and stakeholder management and a deep understanding of IT roles and technologies. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates while ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top IT professionals.
• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to source candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future needs.

Stakeholder & Client Management:

• Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Provide market insights and consultative recruitment solutions to clients.
• Ensure a smooth hiring process with clear communication and timely updates.

Screening & Evaluation:

• Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews.
• Coordinate and assess technical assessments, coding tests, and case studies.
• Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Recruitment Operations & Employer Branding:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Negotiate offers and handle counteroffers effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in IT Services & Consulting.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Expertise in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple roles, tight deadlines, and high-volume hiring.
• Proficiency in negotiation and offer management.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in global IT hiring and contract staffing.
• Strong networking abilities in the IT industry.
