Recruiter ( IT and Non-IT)

Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various IT and Non IT roles.
• Conduct interviews, manage the candidate pipeline, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements.
• Manage job postings, candidate communications, and scheduling.

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong experience in IT and None IT recruitment, especially from NBFC Background and who has hands on experience in hiring software developers, engineers, and technical roles.
• Familiar with recruitment platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and deliver results under tight deadlines.
