Role: Executive Finance Operations

Responsibilities will include: 

Loan book reconciliation process - covering disbursals, collection marking, repayment allocation, DPD marking, etc.

Ensure high quality and timely closure of reconciliation on a daily /weekly/ monthly basis

Take appropriate actions and connect with respective teams to resolve the unreconciled transactions

In addition, process disbursement requests, reconciling repayment data, ensuring system updation, reconciling partners settlements

The role requires working knowledge of Reconciliations, sound knowledge of Microsoft suite- specially MS Excel, knowledge of Loan System is preferred.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Desired Qualification & Experience:

At least 2 year of work experience an NBFC/Financial Services organisation. B.com or a degree in commerce is a must

Key Responsibilities:

Approving Cash Collection Entries  and Monitoring Closing Cash Reporting.

Timely Processing of Disbursement Files

Timely preparation of Data for EMI's collected in Cash and Publishing Collection Report

Sharing of Data with Ops for ACH PDC EMI's related presentation

ACH, PDC Collection in Bank vs LMS Reconcilaition

Cash Collection in Bank vs LMS Reconcilaition

Preparing Collection Master MIS for Collection Efficiency Report to be shared with lenders

Bank Reconciliation for Collection and Disbursement as per LMS and IDFC

Maintain Insurance claims tracker and ensuring No debit of EMI unless settled

Reconciling Statement of Account/ Receipts from written Off Cases

Direct Deposit/ DD/ Cheques Deposit Confirmation

Confirmation of Amount recoverable on Closure/Foreclosure cases
