IT HR Recruiter

Overview

The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent to meet the needs of our internal teams and external clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the tech landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships with both clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Utilize a variety of hiring platforms and social media channels to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
• Manage vendor relationships to optimize the recruitment process and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Actively identify and pursue opportunities to attract new clients, showcasing our recruitment capabilities and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  
  Requirements:
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong focus on both in-house and client-facing roles.
• Proven experience in client and vendor management.
• Proficient in utilizing various hiring portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, ) and recruitment tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
• Strong leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with technical roles and IT skills is essential.
