Job Title: Business Analyst Beverages Industry

Job Purpose: The Business Analyst will play a critical role in driving data-driven decisions to shape the business strategy for the beverages segment. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, industry insights, and strategic thinking to support growth, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Insights:
• Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from internal and external sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to benchmark the company's performance in the beverage industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.
2. Strategic Business Planning:
• Develop data-driven strategies to optimize product performance, pricing, distribution, and marketing within the beverages sector.
• Provide recommendations for new market opportunities and product innovations based on industry and consumer data.
• Assist in long-term planning by creating business forecasts and scenario analyses.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with the leadership team to align strategic initiatives with business objectives.
• Communicate findings and strategies through clear, impactful presentations and reports.
• Serve as a liaison between the data analytics team, marketing, sales, and operations.
4. Process Improvement:
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current business processes and recommend data-backed solutions.
• Support the implementation of advanced analytics tools and methodologies to enhance decision-making processes.
5. Risk Management and Problem Solving:
• Anticipate potential business challenges by analyzing historical and predictive data.
• Provide insights to mitigate risks and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (masters preferred).
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the beverages or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python).
• Familiarity with the beverage industry's supply chain, production, marketing, and consumer trends.
