Job Description
MODI BUILDERS & INFRASTRUCTURES PVT LTD. is looking for Site Managers to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of a specific site or facility
- Your role involves ensuring that the site operates efficiently, meets safety and regulatory standards, and delivers high-quality services to its users or tenants
- You will also be responsible for managing personnel, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve organizational goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations of the site, including facility maintenance, security, and janitorial services, to ensure smooth functioning
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain a safe working environment
- Tenant or User Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants or users of the site, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships to promote tenant satisfaction and retention
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for site operations, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities while ensuring optimal use of resources
- Staff Supervision: Supervise site staff, including maintenance technicians, security personnel, and administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and morale
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and other services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness of services rendered
- Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures, conducting drills and training sessions to prepare staff for emergencies such as fires, natural disasters, or security threats
- Environmental Sustainability: Implement and promote environmentally sustainable practices at the site, such as energy conservation, waste reduction, and recycling initiatives, to minimize environmental impact
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including maintenance logs, incident reports, and financial records, and prepare regular reports for management review
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to optimize site operations
