As a Key Account Management Generalist, you will work alongside our Sales Teams, Our Product & Engineering Teams, Our Marketing Team & Our Leadership to drive insane growth for some of our most strategic customers. Think of some of the best brands you know, and you might just be working with a few of them.
Your Superhero Duties:
Be BIZOM's Batman for the Key Accounts:
- Think of these Key Customers as the Citizens of Gotham. You will be responsible for their safety (Account Health) & growth (Account growth). You'll be working with a team of Sales heroes who're champions in their respective regions but unlike them, you'll need to look at the Account from a Global lens and figure out which direction we should be heading for.
- You'll need to actively seek out opportunities for growth and de-risk threats before they can even arise. Also, just like Batman, you'll occasionally need to don your Batsuit for the customary ass-kicking so choose your battles well! Whether it is fighting for the rights of your citizens internally or talking to an angry one - you might be required to do so as and when the need arrives.

- Build customer rapports like no one else can pull off: Keep in constant contact with all major stakeholders at the client's end (both business and functional teams) through weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetups and reviews.
- Create jaw-dropping insights: Be your customers' advocate, leveraging insights to propose innovative route to market strategies that drive Bizom's desired goals.
- Master the art of upselling and cross-selling: Create opportunities with customers by understanding their business challenges and goals, all aligned with the route-to-market objectives.
- Requirement gathering in a way that nothing is left out: Dive deep into customer expectations, analyze thoroughly, and create compelling BRDs.
- Be the finest collaborator: Work closely with all internal departments throughout the entire process to ensure faster go-lives and execution of new initiatives for customers.
The Superpowers that Matter:
- Passionate about taking ownership of work and getting a kick out of sales, understanding the importance of numbers, and being target-oriented! (If you can sell the idea of flying to a bird, you are the one).
- A data-driven mindset is vital, with a keen interest in analyzing data to derive valuable insights that benefit customers.
- Clarity of thought, excellent communication, and articulation skills.
- Prior experience working in the consulting space in retail/FMCG in emerging markets would be a significant advantage.
