Job Description

Minimum Qualification : Graduate (MBA Preferred)

Mandatory Skills :

  • Strong communication skills. (Email as well was verbal communication)
  • MS Office

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: - Managing current vendors, coordinating with the vendor for verification reports, developing new vendors, price negotiation, etc.
  • Entirely responsible for education, employment and reference checks of all clients.
  • Education Verification: - Contacting Universities, Institutes, colleges & Schools to verify the furnished mark sheet/ certificate through Email, Verbal, Fax, etc.
  • Employment Verification: - Contacting HR managers, Line Managers of the said company and verifying the employment details of the candidates (i.e. Period of employment, designation, remuneration, reason for leaving, etc.) through Email, Verbal, Fax, etc.
  • Reference Verification: - Contacting the line manager/ reporting manager of the candidate and getting all reference related details (i.e. Responsibilities/Duties, Attendance/punctuality at work, Strengths/ Weakness, Leadership Skills, Disciplinary issues/ Integrity issues, etc.
  • Criminal Verification: - Entirely responsible for Police Clearance Certificate (written Police verification).
  • Maintaining trackers of cases for further references of clients.
  • Investigate cases on the system when requested and provide timely feedback to the Clients and to the Manager when requested.
  • Collecting the information in report according to the specification of the client within the stipulated time. Perform tasks and duties as assigned by the reporting TL/ AM.
  • Ensure daily/ weekly/ monthly targets are achieved in a time bound manner.
  • Provide EOD reports to the reporting TL/ AM, regarding days activities.
  • Interact with team members regularly, to facilitate closures and to achieve team/ operational targets.
  • Perform due scrutiny of all documents received for BGV, report any insufficiencies found to the reporting TL/ AM, for timely action.
  • Initiate the appropriate checks (through emails/ calls) to the applicable Educational/ Employment organization.
  • Update all actions taken during case initiation in the CRM application, with remarks if required.
  • Ensure all cases initiated, are followed up daily to achieve closures with the TAT.
  • Ensure all the above responsibilities are performed in accordance with the Information security and the Quality policy as laid down by the management.
  • A Set up, copy, scan and store documents
  • Create templates
  • Manage requests for documentation.
  • File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
