- Track, record and convert Business Development activities into sales revenue.
- Understand the companygoal and purpose to continue to enhance the companyperformance and meeting company financial KPI
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the IT sales team.
- Set and achieve sales targets, closely monitoring performance metrics.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Understand client needs and align IT solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Resolve client issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
