Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Java Developer with a strong background in Spring Boot and Spring Batch to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in developing robust and scalable applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot and Spring Batch frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team and personal learning.
- Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure the quality of code.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of professional experience in Java development.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch frameworks.
- Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience with RESTful API development.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
